Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling + Tardiness Policy Services are by appointment only, and appointments are held upon payment of a deposit. The deposit asked at booking is required to secure your appointment and all deposits are non-refundable. There is a one-time switch permitted for rescheduling if Brookii's Beauty Bar is notified over 24 hours. If there is a second switch needed for the original appointment, the appointment will be canceled (resulting in the loss of the deposit) and would have to be rebooked. There are absolutely NO free trials or appointments, as Brookii's Beauty Bar must block out business time to provide a service.
