Brookii’s Beauty Bar Booking Policies

1. Service Selection
   Please review each service description carefully to ensure you select the one that best suits your needs.

2. Deposits
   All required deposits are non-refundable and non-negotiable. Deposits secure your appointment and will be applied to your total balance.

3. Rescheduling Policy
   If you need to reschedule, notify Brookii’s Beauty Bar at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to your new appointment. Rescheduled appointments must occur within one month of the original date.

4. Deposit Forfeiture
   Deposits will be forfeited in the following cases:

   • Same-day cancellations (for rescheduled appointments).

   • Cancellations due to tardiness.

   • No-shows.

5. Appointment Inquiries
   Availability inquiries will not be addressed via text, direct message (DM), or email. If your desired date or time is not listed, it is unavailable.

6. Travel Services
   For wedding services, Travel is exclusively available for wedding-related appointments. We strongly encourage all clients to schedule their sessions in advance and plan to visit the artist's location. If travel to your location is absolutely necessary, a travel fee will apply, starting at $150 and increasing based on the distance from the artist's location. Please note that travel requests are subject to approval and cannot be guaranteed. Should a travel request not be accommodated, clients are responsible for arriving at the artist's location on time for their appointment.

7. Same-day Service

​We kindly advise that last-minute or same-day appointments will not be accommodated. However, in the even of an urgent need for makeup services, a same-day fee of $30 will apply. This fee must be paid via Zelle immediately upon approval by the artist.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
