- Before choosing a service, please read each service carefully to see what each service includes. This will allow you to book your desired service properly.

- All deposits required at booking are non-refundable and non-negotiable. The deposit is to secure your appointment and will be credited towards your total.

- If you cannot make it to your appointment, please notify Brookii's Beauty Bar at least 24 hours in advance so that your deposit can be credited to your rescheduled appointment. Your appointment must be rescheduled within a month of the prior scheduled appointment.

- Deposit will be null and void if the appointment is canceled the day of (this only applies to rescheduled appointments (please see "cancellation & rescheduling" page for policy)), if the appointment is canceled due to tardiness, and if you are a no show.

Brookii's Beauty Bar will NOT be accepting any text messages, inboxed messages (DM's), or emails regarding availability. If the date and/or time you are trying to book is not listed, that date and/or time is NOT available.

Brookii's Beauty Bar will only travel for wedding parties.
