Cancellation

Services are by appointment only, and appointments are held upon payment of a deposit. The deposit asked at booking is required to secure your appointment and all deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

There is a one-time switch permitted for rescheduling if Brookii's Beauty Bar is notified over 24 hours. If there is a second switch needed for the original appointment, the appointment will be canceled (resulting in the loss of the deposit) and would have to be rebooked.

**There are absolutely NO free trials or appointments, as Brookii's Beauty Bar must block out business time to provide a service.**
